Prior to joining Tukulov Kassilgov Shaikenov Disputes (TKS), Aibek worked for leading law and consulting firms in Kazakhstan.

Aibek has successful experience in tax disputes and representing clients in the AIFC Court, IAC AIFC, as well as in International Commercial Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce under the rules of ICC, Geneva.

Aibek has considerable experience in advising clients on corporate, antimonopoly and labor law issues, representing clients on a daily basis in administrative and commercial disputes.
