Abilkhair has experience in large private commercial organizations, national railway company and start-up in health care. He successfully represented the interests of railway cars manufacturer on the claim of the national carrier in the amount of more than 150 million tenge. He supported the acquisition of the largest processing company in Astana. He represented the interests of the company in determining the amount of damage in a dispute with a bank in the amount of 870 thousand Euro. Abilkhair has experience in advising clients on corporate law issues including corporate law of the Astana International Financial Centre. Abilkhair currently advises clients on issues of intellectual property, information technologies law and actively participates in disputes in these areas of law.
